Job Description

Krispy Kreme is hiring a Financial Analyst, International Finance to strengthen decision-ready reporting for its International Franchise business in Charlotte, NC (onsite). This role helps keep monthly financial submissions accurate and on time, supports royalty and receivable collection efforts, and delivers recurring reporting and performance insights that international leaders can act on.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate the monthly collection, consolidation, and validation of financial reporting from International Franchise partners.
  • Work with franchise business teams and international finance leaders to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting submissions.
  • Monitor franchise reporting compliance and support royalty and receivable collection through coordination with franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting databases and produce recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Assist with variance analysis and develop insights into franchise financial performance, key business drivers, and emerging trends.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, along with budgeting, forecasting, and other International Finance planning efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Franchise Operations, Legal, Commercial, and others to resolve reporting issues and support enterprise reporting.
  • Identify ways to improve reporting processes, enhance data quality, automate recurring activities, and increase operational efficiency using reporting and analytics tools.
  • Support data validation, reporting enhancements, and analytical projects by working with financial and operational data from multiple systems.
  • Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses while building relationships with global stakeholders, including occasional early morning or evening meetings across international time zones.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting, analysis, and business performance management.
  • Multi-location and/or QSR franchise experience preferred.
  • Preferred experience working with data from multiple systems and supporting business intelligence and reporting initiatives.
  • Public accounting or financial due diligence experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, OneStream, Oracle, or other BI/reporting tools preferred.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across a global organization and with external franchise partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, enhance data quality, and use reporting and analytics tools to increase efficiency.
  • Self-motivated approach with curiosity, accountability, strong problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
