Financial Analyst, Sales Finance - Away From Home

Financial Analyst for Away From Home Sales Finance at Kraft Heinz supports AFH finance processes, forecasting, and PVM analyses, delivering cross-functional insights to optimize pricing, portfolio, and P&L performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Away From Home Finance Team with core finance processes, including PVM analysis, monthly performance reviews, financial reviews, and forecasting
• Provide ad hoc requests and analyses to ensure data availability and accessibility
• Develop and present robust business cases to back strategic initiatives and investments
• Assist in setting and evaluating price levels to optimize margins and competitiveness
• Help streamline products and contribute to portfolio optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support value creation initiatives with financial analyses
• Offer recommendations on pricing strategies and margin optimization
• Analyze channel, customer, and product mix and establish measures to boost profitability
• Deliver insights into P&L performance and trends, identifying levers for improvement for stakeholders
• Prepare KPI and project reports for senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another quantitative field
• Internship in Finance, Accounting, or related experience
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and comfort using data-driven insights to influence decisions
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Commercial P&L knowledge, operations experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with data-visualization tools such as Tableau
• Comfort navigating ambiguity
• Self-starter with curiosity
• EPM systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle) preferred
• Experience with syndicated sales data sources (NPD, IRI, Nielsen) preferred

New Hire Base Salary Range

USD 77,800.00 – 97,300.00 per year

Bonus

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
