Job Description
Detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst supporting the Maritime System Aftermarket USCG/Navy program, owning end-to-end financial and data-management processes to enable accurate reporting, forecasting, and contract compliance.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly financial tasks including journal entries, order bookings, POB header reconciliations, and creation of O&R WBS for inductions.
- Prepare monthly OL forecasting and deliver detailed performance reports for the program management team.
- Oversee contract close-outs (internal and DCMA), support additional billings, and provide billing assistance, aged AR, and cash-flow analysis.
- Lead monthly spares margin analysis with Controllers and support management reviews (OPR, MPR, SIOP).
- Coordinate quarterly CSR preparation and reviews, and drive the development and assessment of the annual LRP and Operational Plan.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Three years of professional experience, or one year with a related master's degree.
