Job Description

NFP Corp, an Aon Company, is hiring a Financial Operations Associate in Chesterfield, MO. This onsite role focuses on coordinating recurring reporting and supporting the production and upkeep of operational reporting products, dashboards, and delivery materials that teams rely on to run the business. You will also assist with ad hoc reporting and research while ensuring data quality through documented, repeatable processes.

What you’ll do

  • Own the day-to-day production, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of recurring reports, dashboards, and operational reporting products.
  • Clean, format, organize, and prepare healthcare, pharmacy benefit, operational, and client data for reporting and analysis.
  • Work with analytics, product, clinical, account management, and operations teams to gather reporting requirements, clarify business rules, and support new or enhanced reporting deliverables.
  • Complete internal data requests and ad hoc reporting and research with appropriate oversight, documentation, and validation.
  • Maintain reporting procedures and materials including data dictionaries, quality-control checklists, issue logs, and version-controlled templates.
  • Apply healthcare and clinical context when reviewing data, flag unusual patterns, and communicate concerns to the right subject-matter experts.
  • Share findings, status updates, risks, and process changes clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and support hypercare.
  • Contribute to project work supporting CRM and accounting system maintenance and integrations.

  • Quantitative Skills: Apply percentages, ratios, and arithmetic skills, including reasonableness testing as part of quality control.

Education and experience

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 0–1 year of experience in data entry, reporting, or analytics preferred.

  • Coding Languages & Querying: Python, SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), VBA

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary range: USD 55,000 to 65,000 per year

What we offer: The base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000. The base salary offered will be determined case-by-case based on factors including experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope of the role, and geographic location.
