Job Description

Build client confidence with end-to-end financial guidance in a hybrid role based in Naperville, IL. Catholic Order of Foresters supports individuals and families with comprehensive financial solutions, and this position helps you deliver personalized planning across financial planning, investment management, and estate planning. The compensation range for this Financial Representative role is USD 80,000 to 120,000 per year.

What you’ll do

  • Assess clients’ financial needs by analyzing current assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
  • Create customized financial plans that incorporate estate planning, tax strategies, investment management, and cash flow optimization.
  • Advise clients on securities law compliance and securities trading, supporting effective portfolio management aimed at maximizing growth while minimizing risk.
  • Research market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to help shape well-informed recommendations.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through ongoing support, periodic portfolio performance reviews, and strategy adjustments as needed.
  • Educate clients on key financial topics including wills, trusts, estate law, and wealth management to support informed decisions.
  • Use advanced financial software to perform analysis, generate reporting, and track client progress while maintaining accurate records in customer relationship management systems.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in financial sales, investment management, or related roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, tax experience, and securities law.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis techniques, including accounting principles and corporate accounting practices.
  • Familiarity with financial software used for research, portfolio management, and technical accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships through trustworthiness and professional integrity.

Compensation and location

Pay: USD 80,000.00 - 120,000.00 per year

Work location: Hybrid remote in Naperville, IL 60563
