Job Description
This on-site role in Downtown Charleston, SC centers on delivering quality member service while promoting financial products. The Financial Sales Representative collaborates with the team, greets members, assesses needs, follows up on accounts, and promotes new offers to help members achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members during the morning huddle to review daily sales goals.
- Greet members who enter the financial center or speak with them by telephone and build rapport.
- Answer questions from members about the auto loan application process.
- Ask open-ended questions to understand a member's financial goals and recommend suitable products and services based on their needs.
- Follow up with members who recently opened an account.
- Briefly check in with the manager to discuss wins, challenges, and progress toward sales goals.
- Reach out to members to inform them of a new promotion they may qualify for.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a sales role selling products and/or services, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- A positive attitude.
