Job Description
Bank of America offers an onsite opportunity in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA for a Financial Solutions Advisor. Join a client-focused team delivering comprehensive financial guidance and tailored solutions. You will build and review financial plans, triage client leads, refer to internal partners, and recommend brokerage products. The role carries a salary range of USD 70,000 to 80,000 per year and includes a benefits package described as affordable, competitive and flexible. The role is a 40 hour workweek, on the first shift, with Monday through Friday hours and rotating Saturdays.

Your responsibilities
- Partner with clients to plan short and long term financial goals by crafting a financial plan that includes brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities, alongside banking and managed solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with each client's goals and needs
- Triages client requests and directs them to appropriate internal service providers based on client requirements and asset thresholds
- Incorporate risk mitigation and controls into daily activities
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or the existing financial center client base
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product services
Requirements
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses; if only 63 or 65 is held, an offer may be extended with the condition of passing the missing series within 60 days
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Ability to set and achieve goals, build and nurture relationships, and collaborate to get things done
- Clear and confident communication with clients and comfortable engaging a diverse client base
- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks and perform in a fast paced environment
- Curiosity to learn, adapt to new information, and identify appropriate client solutions
- Strong time management and capacity planning skills
- Thorough and thoughtful approach to regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long term planning
