Job Description
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter for Finance Recruiting to partner with Finance Global Business Services teams, including Stores Finance and Finance Operations. This onsite role in Seattle leads end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior level finance roles, manages stakeholder relationships, and develops targeted hiring strategies, with a salary range of USD 82,700 to 126,100 per year. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant recruiting experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute sourcing strategies for multiple FGBS client teams. Translate the needs of aligned hiring managers into actionable hiring plans and explore diverse approaches to identify optimal solutions.
- Use data to inform hiring and business decisions. Educate hiring managers and interviewers on best practices, including unconscious bias awareness, phone screen training, MGHD, and interview calibration to improve hiring effectiveness and metrics.
- Candidate closing and experience. Negotiate offers and close candidates while guiding client teams to follow best practices, including clear job descriptions, compelling value propositions, thorough candidate preparation, and setting accurate compensation and leveling expectations.
- Project ownership. Lead one or more recruiting projects aimed at improving candidate engagement, process efficiency, or team operational excellence (such as conference selection, referral strategies, hiring events, or tool adoption).
- Operational excellence. Enhance team documentation, data integrity, and reporting. Deliver analyses on pipeline metrics, compliance, and compensation trends; adhere to timelines and mitigate risks to accelerate progress.
- Process improvement. Optimize cross-team procedures to boost efficiency and drive adoption of new channels and tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting mid-senior level talent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
