Junior Financial Services Representative

Griggers Wealth Management is seeking a full-time Junior Financial Services Representative to support senior advisors from the Warner Robins, GA office. In this onsite role, you will help coordinate employer-sponsored plan meetings, assist with investment research and proposal development, and support the day-to-day planning and client communications that move relationships forward.

The position is built around partnering with experienced advisors across a full planning workflow, while strengthening your understanding of how to serve clients in a range of situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany more senior advisors in meetings with Plan Sponsors, Plan Participants, and enrollees to discuss employer-sponsored plan benefits.
• Support advisors with investment research, including interaction with wholesalers.
• Help build proposals for clients and prospects, including allocating funds across client portfolios.
• Participate actively in the Financial Planning process, contributing through each stage while learning how to better support clients in different scenarios.
• Assist with client communications in multiple formats, from mailings and phone calls to newer digital communication methods, requiring strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance (or similar degree) preferred.
• Series 6 and 63; 7 and 65 or 66 preferred.
• Designations that reflect knowledge in the field are preferred.
• Industry experience of 0 to 3 years is preferred.
• Familiarity with investment products, basic financial planning concepts, and computer software.
• Ability to reliably work 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
