LIHTC FINANCE COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Located in Las Vegas, NV, this onsite, full-time LIHTC Finance Compliance Officer role offers a salary of $63,000 to $72,000 per year. Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Manager by reviewing tax credit property files, recertifications, and physical property reviews prior to audits; document and review move-in files for Regional Manager approval.
• Ensure initial Tenant Income Certification (TIC) compliance standards are met before move-in.
• Monitor tenant eligibility, assets, and income per property in accordance with federal, state, and local housing laws.
• Provide training and support to employees on compliance topics, fostering ethical behavior and accountability to ensure program compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and HOME, including Fair Housing standards.

Requirements

• 5 years in finance, accounting, LIHTC business administration, pre auditing LIHTC, HOME, HUD tenant files and/or related Mixed Income properties.
• Proven experience in compliance management or related roles within the financial services industry; experience with Real Page software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate daily compliance requirements effectively across all levels of the organization.
• LIHTC compliance, TIC, and income file review: 4 years (Required).

• LIHTC Certifications of at least 5 years (Required)
