Job Description
Join Lockheed Martin in Oldsmar, Florida, as a Manufacturing Finance Associate where you will be part of the RMS Manufacturing Finance team supporting earned value management of hardware and related costs. This role centers on SAP driven EVM work, collaborating closely with Operations CAMs and Manufacturing Program Managers to track program health, all within a hybrid setup that includes part-time remote telework.
Responsibilities
- Directly supporting the Operations Control Account Managers (CAMs) in the Earned Value Management (EVM) of hardware and related support costs, primarily in the SAP Common Operating System environment. This includes preparing baselines, maintaining performance reports, creating Estimates at Complete (EAC), and providing ongoing ad-hoc surveillance support for all assigned programs through all production phases.
- Investigating and understanding variances to plan and communicating the reasons behind the numbers; emphasis is placed on the why, not just the figures.
- Ensuring data integrity by managing exception conditions such as material suspense, pegging defaults, and zero balance.
- Establishing and maintaining a close partnership with Manufacturing Program Managers to keep them informed of the financial health of their programs and to add value as a financial analyst.
- Supporting monthly Business Rhythm, Program Reviews, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college
- Deadline-driven with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as requirements change

Ability to Work Remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The successful candidate will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from a standard 40 hours over five days to condensed options that offer more time away from the office, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
