Real Estate Banking Analyst- Homebuilder Finance

Join Regions in Atlanta, GA as a Real Estate Banking Analyst supporting Homebuilder Finance. This onsite role provides primary analytical support to bankers across real estate banking product origination and execution, while helping build and nurture client relationships. You will split your time between supporting live deals and pitches and delivering research and analytical work across specified real estate banking segments.

Compensation: $71,049.25 to $87,055.50 per year. The position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This role is incentive eligible, with potential participation in a discretionary incentive plan based on performance against defined metrics and goals.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to value companies and illustrate projected financial results
• Perform extensive financial and industry due diligence to assess risk/return parameters of transactions
• Support high-quality client deliverables through strong written communication and attention to detail
• Prepare written materials, including pitches, proposals, client materials, and related supporting analyses
• Maintain proprietary databases by monitoring news, current events, transactions, and financial information for clients, prospects, and industry participants
• Understand client needs and identify relevant Regions products and services, plus other actionable ideas to help clients achieve their goals
• Provide expert, fast-coordinated support between the coverage team and Debt Product partners to align with delivering the whole bank to the client with speed, certainty, and creativity
• Assist relationship managers with call planning coordination, production and pipeline management, and ensuring quality reporting across sales performance applications and measurement systems
• Work on multiple projects, independently and as part of a team, while taking on multiple roles

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a proven record of high achievement
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
• Energetic and creative self-starter who can take on and manage significant responsibilities
