Rotational Program - Finance Insights & Data Analyst
Job Description
Two years. Four rotations. Hands-on finance insights and data experience through Roche’s Finance Rotation Development Program across DIA Finance chapters in the US (with possible rotation outside the US). The program is designed to build high-potential future finance leaders using technical and leadership assignments, mentorship, and exposure to senior managers.
Location: Pleasanton, CA (onsite)
Program start: July / August 2027
Salary: USD 64,600 - 120,000 per year (based on California primary location; final pay depends on experience, qualifications, geography, and other factors permitted by law)

What you’ll do
- Complete four rotations between 3 and 8 months each across different DIA Finance chapters during a 2-year period.
- Take on a leadership role (example: Product Owner) in at least one assignment.
- Gain exposure to multiple areas within DIA Finance, including (but not limited to) Enterprise Center of Excellence, Commercial Finance, R Innovation Chapter, and relevant Finance/Business projects.
- Work on assignments that support financial modeling, investment valuation, and trade-off analysis, translating insights into decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
- Support the adoption of new technologies, including AI, machine learning, and RPA, to improve financial transparency and drive productivity.
Mentorship, senior exposure, and development support
- Access senior managers through a Steering Committee.

- Build networks across local and global teams through communication and influencing in varied collaboration settings.
Where you may rotate
- Rotations in the US including Tucson, Pleasanton, Santa Clara, Branchburg, and Indianapolis, with possible rotation outside the US.

Qualifications
- Recent college undergraduate with a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Informatics and a GPA of 3.0 or higher; required graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience (including internships).
- Prior working and/or internship experience in public accounting and management consulting is preferred.
- Prior working and/or internship experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Compensation and bonus
- Expected salary range: $64,600.00 - $120,000.00 USD Annual (based on primary location of California).
- Discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be considered for Enterprise Finance Business Partner roles with DIA Finance.
