Senior Analyst, CoMan Finance

Hybrid role in Louisville, CO with Danone, offering a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. You will support smarter decision-making for Danone North America’s US contract manufacturing spend by analyzing CoMan costs, improving tracking and reporting, and helping streamline forecast processes.

What you’ll do

• Manage and improve commodity and input price tracking for finished goods purchased from Danone’s network of Contract Manufacturers.
• Coordinate and track achievement of key contract financial commitments, partnering with stakeholders to address any gaps.
• Analyze operational waste at Contract Manufacturers and identify opportunities to strengthen sustainable manufacturing practices and improve landed cost.
• Assist the Manager of Finance in running a 12-month rolling forecast process for Danone North America’s US Contract Manufacturing spend, including annual standard setting, forecasting cost components, and building risks and opportunities.
• Continuously streamline, automate, and improve reporting and processes to increase efficiency and visibility.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of finance experience, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Curiosity and enjoyment of analyzing details to solve problems.
• Results-oriented approach with initiative to optimize deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Comfort thinking independently and influencing decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills, with a collaborative team mindset.

Compensation and work setup

• Salary range: $85,000 to $122,000 USD per year.
• Location: White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO office (hybrid).
• In-office expectation: regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
