Senior Analyst Marketing Finance

This role, based in McLean, Virginia with a hybrid work arrangement, focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Marketing activities. The Senior Analyst collaborates closely with Marketing, Accounting, and Accounts Payable to deliver monthly performance reporting and insightful variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assess monthly financial performance reports to detect trends and prepare variance explanations.
• Develop forecast models using PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and Excel to deliver accurate and timely financial projections.
• Produce Monthly Business Reviews with insights into activities and variances.
• Support monthly accruals, cross charges, data validation and reconciliation, and address invoice inquiries.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills capable of maintaining complex spreadsheets.
• Ability to build clear presentations for leadership and partner audiences.
• Hybrid schedule based in the McLean, VA office.
