Senior Financial Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and Grow Your Book: Deepen existing client relationships and develop new ones through our lead flow and your network.
• Conduct Client Reviews: Lead planning meetings and identify opportunities across retirement income, protection, group health, and business succession.
• Develop New Business: Engage with provided leads, prospect strategically, build referral relationships, and grow your practice.
• Hit Production Goals: Meet or exceed revenue goals while delivering exceptional client service.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the PFS team across operations, investment, insurance, and marketing.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of successful financial sales or advisory experience.
• Production Track Record: Demonstrated history of bringing on and closing business at meaningful levels.
• Licensing: Life, Health & Annuities licenses required.
• Securities Registration: Series 63 and 65 (or Series 66) required.
• Book of Business: Existing book welcomed but not required. Our lead flow supports advisors at every stage.
• Client Focus: Strong relationship-building, consultative, and client-first mindset.
