Job Description
Independent contractor role providing tailored financial guidance for military families through client servicing and long-term wealth planning.
Responsibilities
- Assess and respond to each client’s changing financial goals across wealth accumulation, preservation, and legacy planning
- Conduct regular client meetings to review circumstances, monitor progress, and update plans due to life events, economic conditions, and regulatory changes
- Create and execute advanced financial plans covering investment management, retirement income planning, tax strategies, insurance solutions, day-to-day financial needs, and estate considerations
- Deliver a service experience focused on clarity, confidence, and responsive support to maintain long-term relationships
- Build client trust by providing ongoing value, guidance, and decision support
- Develop relationships with advocates and centers of influence in the local and military community to support referrals and related opportunities
- Meet performance goals by delivering personalized financial strategies, generating revenue, and sustaining long-term client relationships
- Grow your practice through strong referral networks, with emphasis on the military community, while expanding and deepening client engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with a proven ability to build and retain client relationships
- Competence in portfolio and wealth management, with the ability to integrate financial products into long-term planning strategies
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities to connect with clients and sustain meaningful long-term engagement
- Self-directed mindset and discipline to operate an independent business with flexible hours
- Drive to earn based on commissions and performance-based incentives
- Military experience or affiliation is strongly preferred
