Senior Financial Advisor
Job Description
As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will partner closely with branch teams to identify client needs and deliver investment and insurance solutions aligned to short-term and long-term objectives. The role also emphasizes coaching, ongoing training, and collaboration across lines of business to support comprehensive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own personal production goals and customer service objectives for assigned branches and/or a book of business.
- Provide investment and insurance solutions using a comprehensive financial planning approach that considers all assets, goals, time horizon, and risk tolerances.
- Coach branch staff regularly across every location to better profile customers and recommend appropriate solutions for evolving needs.
- Deliver ongoing training and sales support to assigned branches to help ensure a strong customer experience for both current customers and prospective customers.
- Partner with lines of business, including Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, and others, to coordinate the best solutions for clients’ overall needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year of investment sales experience.
- Series 7.
- Series 63.
- Series 65/66.
- Life and Health Licenses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of investment and insurance sales experience.
- Trailing production of $400,000 or more from an existing, significant book of business.
- Experience coaching, influencing, and developing individuals in a team environment.
- Demonstrated financial planning skill set and advisory business development experience.
- Bank Financial Advisor experience.
- Track record of exceeding expectations and assigned goals and targets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of prospects and clients, with attention to detail in paperwork and a commitment to excellence in service and follow up.

Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid).
Workplace Type: Office.
