Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst role at Saint Clare's Health, reporting to the Hospital Chief Financial Officer, centers on completing and analyzing financial and statistical reporting while delivering timely, accurate information, reporting, and projections to support senior management. This onsite position is based in Dover, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Under the Hospital CFO, this position completes and analyzes financial and statistical reporting in support of senior management’s goals and objectives.
• Ensures timely and accurate financial information, financial reporting, and financial projections, and related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting or Finance.
• Master’s Degree in Business or Finance related field preferred.
• Six to ten (6-10) years accounting/finance experience required; hospital/healthcare accounting or finance experience highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare financial statements and financial projections.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in business software applications, including EPIC, Lawson, Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based personal computers.
• Public accounting experience and strong knowledge of GAAP are highly preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – preferred.
