Senior Financial Analyst

This onsite role is based in Lewiston, ME and supports senior financial leadership under the Hospital CFO. You will help ensure timely, accurate financial information through reporting and financial projections that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Under the Hospital CFO, complete and analyze financial and statistical reporting in support of senior management’s goals and objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial information, including financial reporting and financial projections and related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting or Finance.
• Master’s Degree in Business or Finance related field preferred.
• Six to ten (6-10) years accounting/finance experience required.
• Hospital/healthcare accounting/finance experience highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including ability to prepare financial statements and financial projections.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in business software applications: EPIC, Lawson, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Working knowledge of windows based personal computers.
• Public accounting experience and strong knowledge of GAAP (highly preferred).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Schedule and Pay

• Employment status: Full Time Shift: Days
• Schedule: 8 hour shift
• Hourly pay: $50.83 to $55.96
