Job Description

Compensation: $110,000 to $135,000 base salary (flexible for the right candidate), plus a 10% target bonus and a 10% profit-sharing contribution. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package and access to excellent long-term career growth within a role that stays close to business leadership.

Work model: Hybrid in Minnetonka, MN (Western Twin Cities Metro). Onsite schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

What You’ll Do

In this highly visible Senior Financial Analyst role within FP&A, you will support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and modeling that drive business decisions. The position also places strong emphasis on Power BI, including dashboard development and reporting automation, while you partner with finance leadership, operations, and project teams to turn financial data into actionable insights.

  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Build financial models, including revenue projections and scenario analyses for decision support
  • Conduct financial and variance analysis to surface trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with project and operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive presentations
  • Analyze business performance across project financials, workload, and profitability
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data integrity, and financial systems
  • Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership

What You Bring

  • Experience in corporate FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role
  • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
  • Proven ability to partner with operational, project, or business leaders
  • Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems aptitude
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable business insights
  • Experience in a professional services, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or another project-based environment is a plus
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
