Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager for a hybrid role in Marlborough, MA. This position centers on strategic FP&A, including financial planning, forecasting, and business analytics, offering high visibility and cross-functional exposure to senior leadership within a global technology and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range financial planning initiatives
• Produce comprehensive financial reports, forecasting models, and analyses of business performance
• Deliver actual versus budget and forecast variance analyses with actionable insights for leadership decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to engage with business leaders and stakeholders
• Assess sales trends, operating metrics, and key performance indicators
• Support the development and refinement of financial models and analytical tools
• Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A reporting and planning processes
• Assess macroeconomic and industry trends affecting company performance
• Assist senior leadership with ad hoc financial analyses, reporting, and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
• 4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Experience within a global public manufacturing or technology company is highly preferred

Salary

Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year base, plus bonus.
