Senior Financial Analyst - Retail FP&A

Carter's seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A for the Mexico business in a hybrid Buckhead-based role, reporting to the Director of Retail FP&A in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute expense plans
• Analyze business trends to drive the forecasting process
• Support the creation of meaningful reports to track progress against strategic goals
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to inform decisions and provide direction on profitable growth
• Monitor key performance indicators and trends in real time to guide business choices
• Conduct monthly expense management analysis
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly business review documents and earnings decks for senior leaders
• Support planning and reporting for the Canada business, including wholesale planning, deck preparation, and comp reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting with strong business acumen
• Proven self-starter skilled at process improvement and problem solving
• Strong communicator experienced in crafting presentations for executive audiences
• Highly analytical with the ability to leverage actionable data to drive decisions; proficient in Excel
• Bachelor's degree required; Accounting and Finance preferred
