Join a fast growing trailer group that centers F&I across six stores from a single Olympia, WA location. You will design the processes, grow lender relationships, and turn financing and protection products into a substantial profit center. This onsite role blends a centralized operation with a remote delivery approach, using video presentations to guide customers through financing, protection options, and compliant documentation. Compensation ranges from USD 100,000 to 200,000 per year, with performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Position Summary
The Corporate F&I Manager interacts with customers by phone and Zoom after they commit to purchasing a trailer at one of the six locations. You will secure the best available financing, present valuable protection options, and serve as the final step in the sales process to ensure a professional finance discussion, full understanding of available protections, and completion of required compliance documents. This centralized, remote-delivery model relies on strong virtual presentation skills to walk customers through menus and terms with the same professionalism as an in-person meeting.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to every retail customer by phone or Zoom after their trailer purchase commitment.
- Assess financing needs and secure optimal lending solutions through our network of banks, credit unions, and finance partners.
- Present and explain the benefits of Extended Service Contracts, Tire & Wheel Protection, Theft Protection, and GAP.
- Conduct professional virtual F&I presentations, answer questions, and guide customers to the protection options that best fit their situation.
- Ensure all required acceptance or decline forms for F&I products are signed, maintaining 100% compliance.
- Process finance contracts accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions while continually adding new sources and programs.
- Partner with sales managers and associates across six locations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and refine the F&I playbook, including processes, menus, training, and best practices as the program scales.
Requirements
- Prior F&I experience in automotive, RV, powersports, marine, equipment, or trailer dealerships is preferred.
- Experience with indirect lending and finance contract processing.
- Proven self-starter who thrives with autonomy and is ready to build this department.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, including comfort presenting over phone and video.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent documentation and compliance habits.
- Ability to explain financing and protection products clearly, professionally, and without pressure.
- Experience with dealership management systems is preferred.
