Job Description
Join Crowe in Atlanta, GA, for a hybrid Senior Tax Associate role within our compliance practice. You’ll gain exposure to large projects while handling the preparation and technical review of corporate and partnership returns, performing tax research, and contributing to tax consulting. Responsibilities
- Support tax consulting and compliance services on client engagements
- Prepare and review federal and state returns for partnerships and investment vehicles
- Analyze financial products, assess transaction tax implications, and determine partnership allocations
- Contribute to tax research, technical memos, and client deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate work and gain exposure to complex financial products
- Participate in engagement planning, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting; Master’s or advanced tax degree preferred
- CPA or progress toward CPA
- 2–4 years of relevant tax experience, preferably within financial services
- Foundational understanding of partnership taxation and flow-through structures
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Interest in developing expertise around financial products and investment entities
