Servicing Financial Advisor

Ethos Financial Partners is seeking a Servicing Financial Advisor to join its Albuquerque, NM team in a collaborative, client-focused environment. This full-time role centers on managing and expanding a shared book of business, with a hybrid work setup that supports flexibility and teamwork. The position offers a compensation range of USD 70,000 to 120,000 per year, plus incentives, and requires full licensure (Series 7, Series 66, and an insurance license) with a minimum of three years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with fellow advisors to oversee and grow a shared book of business.
• Deliver holistic financial planning and investment guidance tailored to client goals.
• Participate in team meetings, client reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Stay current on market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advising or wealth management.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
• Insurance license preferred (Life, Health, etc.).
• CFP designation is a plus — sponsorship and support for pursuing CFP certification available.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and manage client relationships.
