Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to inform decision‑making across lines of business
- Evaluate performance against plans and strategic goals
- Develop management insights and contribute to investment cases and value creation initiatives
- Support the development of recurring forecasts and the annual financial plan
- Operate with moderate autonomy and influence financial discussions
- Partner with business units to align financials with operational goals
- Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training
- Five years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis
- Ability to follow direction and then work independently to complete tasks while considering broader implications
- Ability to build consensus through clear communication and presentation of factual information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Sound and logical decision‑making capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, plus other basic software products
