Job Description

This Glendale, WI onsite role comes with a 5-day work week, a competitive salary of USD 140,000 - 200,000 per year, and performance-based earnings through commission with bonuses and bonus based on performance. Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the financial aspects of vehicle sales to support an efficient, customer-focused sales process.
Structure a subprime deal and manage deal preparation details.
Submit deals to lenders and continue follow-ups as needed.
Rehash deals with lenders to support approvals and financing outcomes.
Secure financing for customers by working with lenders and maintaining strong lender relationships.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with lenders to support repeatable deal flow.
Present and sell product to customers while supporting great customer service.
Maximize dealership profits in alignment with customer experience expectations.
Monitor CIT and help avoid funding issues.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and their teams to keep the sales process smooth and efficient.
Ensure all proper paperwork is completed and turned to office staff daily.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in F&I required.
