Job Description
Part-time Accounting and Financial Analyst role on site in Pembroke Pines, FL, supporting First Quality Laboratory's financial operations with recordkeeping, performance analysis, tax compliance, and strategic insights for management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Manage monthly and annual closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Develop financial dashboards and reports for management
- Ensure tax compliance and support tax filing processes
- Assist with budgeting and financial strategy
Requirements
- Active CPA license
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- More than 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
