Job Description
Elbit America invites qualified finance professionals to join the Fort Worth, TX team in an onsite role as Associate Finance Manager. You will lead a small, exempt team and oversee a revenue book of $75 million to $150 million each year, driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to inform decisions, support accurate reporting, and strengthen risk management and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Directly oversee and manage a revenue book of $75M to $150M per year, supervising one to two individual contributors
- Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and results; provide financial management oversight for the assigned book
- Manage a range of program finance functions, including establishing cost baselines, variance analysis, ROI, should-cost analyses, and pricing review; employ tools such as LN, QlikView, Cobra, Excel, and additional systems to support the business
- Support greater segment presentations, including MOAB and EAC reviews and related iterations
- Assist in the management of site finance functions as requested by the site Vice President
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience, or a related combination, including:
- Accounting functions such as cost accounting, audits, or similar
- FP&A experience covering revenue, gross profit, cash, and net book value forecasting, planning, and analysis
- PP&C experience including EAC development, ETC, and material analysis
- Revenue recognition experience
- Project setup experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- 0.5 to 2 years of team leadership experience
- Advanced degree or professional certificate (MS, MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, etc.) preferred
