Job Description
Remote Associate Financial Advisor role at Dew Wealth Management supporting Fractional Family Office services for entrepreneur clients, featuring rigorous training and a clear path to six figures plus ownership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an Advisor, Lead Advisor, and Senior Advisor to oversee Fractional Family Office services for clients who expect excellence.
- Participate in structured training and ongoing support designed to build credibility through thoughtful analysis, confident delivery, and candid client guidance.
- Navigate complex family wealth dynamics, coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, and business managers, and balance competing priorities across personal wealth and active businesses.
- Delve into advanced planning topics including irrevocable trust structures, QSBS elections, entity optimization, and wealth transfer techniques.
- Develop technical proficiency to cite IRC provisions in client meetings and explain GRATs to attorneys and CPAs.
- This role does not involve cold outreach or chasing assets under management.
- Fully remote position with no business development responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of financial services experience, ideally in advisory or client-facing roles.
- Current enrollment in or completion of the CFP professional program is preferred.
- Residence in the continental United States, excluding California.

Working within a distributed workforce
- This is a fully remote role with potential in-person meetings about four times per year at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters to align on quarterly objectives.
- Outside of those meetings, day-to-day work is conducted via a cloud-based technology stack.
- We are currently hiring applicants in the continental United States, excluding California, to maintain collaboration across four time zones.
