This onsite role enables you to build a faith-aligned financial practice that helps Christians pursue financial clarity, delivering practical, personal guidance and connecting clients with Thrivent products and programs, all supported by a flexible schedule and specialist collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain a financial practice that guides Christians toward financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith.
- Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
- Foster authentic, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding, serving clients in your chosen community.
- Schedule client appointments through your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver award-winning financial workshops and market your practice.
- Maintain scheduling flexibility that supports a healthy work-life balance.
- Join a collaborative culture where colleagues are invested in your success and willing to help you grow.
- Access support from specialists across the organization—such as business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors—as you build your business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
