Bilingual Financial Services Representative

Tailored Management is hiring a Bilingual Financial Services Representative in Columbus, OH (onsite) to support life new business customers through accurate communication and contract-related processing.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from customers, brokers, agents, and government agencies via oral and written communication
• Assist with and process financial transactions and contract-related requests in line with policy provisions and applicable regulatory guidelines
• Interpret and explain contract provisions for current and historical products to internal and external stakeholders
• Review routine processing errors, resolve as appropriate, and escalate complex or exceptional cases when needed

Requirements

• Must read, write, and speak in Spanish and English
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• 3 years of work experience required
• 2 years of product-related customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of general office practices, customer service, and office equipment
• Experience with information systems and insurance/financial services industry practices preferred (example: Life Insurance)
• Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management
• Ability to identify and evaluate problems, analyze customer inquiries, and determine the appropriate next action

Schedule

• Week 1 (Training): Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Week 2 (Shadow): Onsite, Monday–Friday, shift varies based on the person being shadowed
• Weeks 3–4 (Post-training): Onsite, Monday–Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm
• Beyond Week 4: Hybrid, Tuesdays/Wednesdays onsite, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm
• No weekends

Compensation

• $19.00 per hour
