Business Finance Advisor

You will work directly with experienced advisors and managers who coach you daily, with structured training, ongoing development, and clear pathways for advancement.

This position is ideal for people who enjoy building relationships, learning how businesses and financing work, and want to develop long-term skills in a supportive environment.

What you’ll do

• Reach out to business owners by phone and email
• Learn about each client’s business and funding needs
• Present financing options that align with a client’s goals
• Follow up with prospects and build your own client pipeline
• Work side by side with experienced advisors and managers who provide day-to-day coaching

Block Equity Group provides structured training, coaching, and ongoing development to help you learn the business funding industry and build the skills needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• No requirements to start, as training is provided
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable talking with people you’ve never met
• Interest in learning how business and finance work
• No finance background, license, or college degree needed to start
• Relevant experience is a plus, including sales, retail, restaurants or hospitality, customer service, call centers, banking, insurance, or real estate

Role details

• Location: Rockville Centre, NY (Long Island), in office
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Getting here: Convenient to Rockville Centre LIRR station and Sunrise Hwy
• Pay: USD $70,000 to $120,000 per year
