Job Description

Director of Corporate FP&A leading long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Nexus Water Group, based in Sugar Land, TX as part of the Corporate Finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the enterprise FP&A cycle, including long-range planning, the annual budget, and monthly forecasts.
  • Collaborate with business units and corporate functions to align financial assumptions, drivers, and reporting outputs.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, partnering with functional teams to build, consolidate, and communicate results.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Support lender, investor, and rating agency reporting, including development of KPI packages and key metrics.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial results and reporting deliverables.
  • Develop executive and board materials, translating complex data into clear, decision-useful insights.
  • Partner with business leaders to monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support action planning.
  • Drive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, and data integrity, including automation and standardization of workflows.
  • Analyze market, competitive, and operational data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support development and evaluation of strategic initiatives, including growth, capital investment, and operational performance improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of FP&A professionals.

Requirements

  • Seven-plus years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
  • Experience leading financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.

Work Location and Schedule

Full-time role based at our Sugar Land, TX office with hybrid remote options available. Hybrid remote in Sugar Land, TX 77479.
