Lead accounting operations and own ERP systems, automation, and reporting improvements for construction-focused financial processes.

Direct accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Own ERP administration, including system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing optimization
Assess and implement opportunities to automate accounting workflows to improve operational efficiency
Improve reporting, data integrity, and overall financial visibility across the organization
Partner cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and project leadership to strengthen processes and internal controls
Drive system improvements through documentation and support for user adoption

10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Strong working knowledge of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
Hands-on experience with ERP administration, including implementation and/or system optimization
Proven track record of improving processes using automation and technology
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical capabilities
Experience collaborating with operational leaders and cross-functional teams
