Responsibilities

• Execute professional F&I delivery for all retail and lease transactions
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and OEM financial regulations
• Present protection products using a structured luxury level menu process
• Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize deal profitability while preserving customer experience
• Ensure funding accuracy, CIT control, and contract quality
• Support dealership performance objectives for finance income and customer retention

Requirements

• Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred, other luxury brands considered
• Minimum 3+ years as an Automotive F&I Manager in a dealership environment
• Luxury automotive experience is required
• Proven success in high-volume production environments
• Strong lender relationships and funding discipline
• Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance, menu presentation integrity, and deal structure accuracy
• Track record of high product penetration and customer satisfaction

Experience

• Automotive Finance: 3 years (Preferred)

License and certifications

• Sales License (Preferred)

Location and work arrangement

Location: Escondido, CA 92025 (Preferred). This is an onsite, in person role requiring the ability to commute to the Escondido campus.
