Finance Analyst Senior - Level 3

Lockheed Martin’s F-35 Production Labor team in Fort Worth operates at the intersection of finance and advanced aerospace manufacturing. The Finance Analyst Senior plays a key role in maintaining cost baselines, delivering Earned Value analysis, and assessing production labor performance, all through data-driven reporting for leadership. This hybrid role anchors its duties in Fort Worth, with eligibility contingent on US citizenship and the ability to obtain government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance Analyst Senior for the F-35 Production Labor team.
• Provide comprehensive program finance support across the organization.
• Establishing and managing program cost baselines.
• Conduct Earned Value analysis and variance analysis using multiple Enterprise toolsets.
• Perform production-specific performance analysis.
• Conduct data anomaly root cause analysis and implement corrective action.
• Carry out Estimate at Complete analysis (EAC).
• Prepare accompanying analyses for presentation to various levels of leadership.
• Apply data mining and data analysis skills and present findings to management.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel experience including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and database-driven reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field from an accredited college.
• US Citizenship; ability to obtain government security clearance (Secret).
