Finance FP&A Supervisor

The Finance FP&A Supervisor role at UPS in Atlanta, GA, onsite, leads P&L analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making. The position partners with leadership to evaluate performance, identify trends, and model future business scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate P&L statements and deliver actionable recommendations to management
• Construct financial forecasts and analyze trends across sales, finance, and related areas
• Develop financial models to evaluate what-if scenarios for future planning, including new product development and marketing initiatives
• Conduct economic and financial research, including analyses of rates of return, depreciation, and investments
• Monitor economic trends and provide insights to support organizational financial planning
• Provide specialized functional expertise that is conceptual in nature
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support finance leads, business units, and executive leadership
• May supervise others in a player-coach capacity, with primary emphasis on individual expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or current UPS employee with a minimum of three years of UPS experience
• Based in Atlanta, GA, or willing to self-relocate
• Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and general business principles
• Demonstrates relationship-building skills to foster effective collaboration across finance leads, business units, and the executive leadership team
