Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I Manager)

Parks Inc in Augusta, KS is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I Manager) to lead our F&I operations onsite at the automotive dealership. In this role you will structure deals, secure financing through lender partners, present protection products, and ensure full compliance across processes. Responsibilities

• Build and close retail and lease transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Arrange financing through lender partners while upholding compliance standards
• Demonstrate and upsell service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, and other protection options clearly
• Process and fund all deal documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with sales management to drive product penetration and PVR objectives
• Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient business office

Requirements

• Prior dealership F&I management experience required
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, compliance, and menu selling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and professional integrity
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
