Finance Manager

Uline is seeking a Finance Manager in Pleasant Prairie, WI to strengthen its corporate FP&A function. In this onsite role, you will lead the team that drives budgeting, forecasting, and business planning while partnering with leaders across Uline’s North American operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Uline’s corporate FP&A team, including setting priorities, providing guidance, and ensuring financial support meets required quality standards.
• Own company-wide budgeting and forecasting, covering financial plans for regional locations and corporate departments.
• Build and oversee financial models, labor forecasts, and scenario plans to assess performance, identify opportunities, and support business decisions.
• Share financial results, projections, and insights with leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to apply financial expertise in support of business goals and decision-making.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Finance or Accounting in a high-volume environment (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
• Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
