Finance Manager

Drive Nation LLC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support its Cape Girardeau, MO store. This onsite role oversees the financing process from presentation through funding and delivery, while coordinating with lenders and maintaining compliance across customer and backend operations.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager structures and presents financing options, collaborates with lenders to obtain approvals, and offers protection products. The position also ensures each contract is managed through to the point of funding and delivery, with an emphasis on an organized, professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and present financing to customers
• Work with lenders to secure approvals
• Offer protection products
• Manage each contract through funding and delivery
• Partner with the sales team to maintain a professional customer experience while protecting compliance and backend performance

Required Qualifications

• Prior dealership F&I experience
• Proven history of closing ethically
• Ability to handle both conventional and special-finance deals
• Strong lender knowledge
• Ability to maintain clean, accurate paperwork
• High attention to detail

Compensation and Pay

Compensation is commission-based and includes finance reserve, service contracts, and product income. Pay is listed at $125,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year.

This is a full-time position with standard dealership hours, including some evenings and Saturdays.
