Job Description
Compensation
Salary: USD 86,300 - 155,700 per year
Responsibilities
- Assist with consolidation processes to provide precise operating financial reporting for designated units
- Develop, interpret, and apply financial concepts for planning and control across departmental operating budgets as well as capital budgets and forecasts
- Collect and analyze data to prepare recommendations on financial plans, projected needs, and operating forecasts
- Apply statistical and financial modeling to analyze results, identify variances, and uncover underlying drivers, opportunities, and risks
- Provide actionable insights on trends and financial performance
- Present findings to senior management with recommended course corrections
- Leverage analytics and modeling to conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision making across multiple options and present results
- Define and monitor KPIs and benchmarks across accounts, markets, business units, and channels; communicate results to leadership through dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to establish controls and processes that support audits and proper accounting practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with five years of related work experience, or an advanced degree with three years of related experience
- Fields of study include Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
- Seven to ten years of experience in analytics and planning
- Less than two years in wireless telecommunications or an equivalent setting
