Finance Shared Services Specialist

Finance Shared Services Specialist role focused on accurate, timely transactional support across warranty, invoicing, accounts payable, and corporate account finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support to the company’s financial shared services areas.
• Cross-train on different systems, processes, and standard work used in warranty, invoicing, accounts payable, corporate accounts, and other finance teams.
• Learn and apply new software to support daily financial operations.
• Plan and implement process improvements and special projects across shared services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, including with dealers, customers, and other groups or individuals at multiple levels within the organization.
• Research, identify, and resolve internal and external inquiries related to finance processes.
• Educate and provide guidance to internal and external customers on financial processes.
• Handle work while meeting deadlines for shared services activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field with minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience as required.
• Ability to process transactions with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
• Ability to retain training and knowledge across multiple functional areas.

Location and Work Model

• Pella, IA (hybrid).
• Some day-to-day work may be best completed at a location other than a Vermeer campus; discuss specific arrangements with your manager.
