  • Collaborate across functions including Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Programs, and Accounting to assign owners, milestones, and measurable financial results.
  • Track P&L realization for implemented initiatives, reconciling planned savings with actual results and explaining variances by driver and timing.
  • Ensure month-end close and reporting accurately reflect progress on value creation and cost reductions, including accruals, reclassifications, and supporting documentation as needed.
  • Produce recurring reporting packages and executive dashboards that summarize initiative status, run-rate savings, year-to-date performance, and outlook versus plan.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for initiatives and realized savings, ensuring traceability from approval through P&L impact.
  • Lead ongoing improvements in financial tracking, data quality, and reporting automation to boost accuracy, speed, and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, supply chain finance, operations finance, or value creation and cost-out programs.
  • Solid understanding of P&L drivers, standard costing, and month-end close fundamentals including accruals, reserves, and variance analysis.
  • Proven ability to build and validate financial business cases, covering assumptions, timing, risk, sensitivity, and benefits tracking.
  • Advanced analytical skills to translate large datasets into clear insights; strong Excel proficiency is required.
  • Effective executive communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex financial results into concise, decision-ready messages.
