Financial Advisor

Based onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon, the Financial Advisor role sits within COUNTRY Financial and its affiliated entities, including COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors, COUNTRY Capital Management Company, and COUNTRY Insurance Companies. The position focuses on growing the business across multiple product lines, educating clients, collaborating with COUNTRY agents, establishing a local office, and balancing a flexible schedule, with a minimum expectation of two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Diversify income by pursuing multiple product lines beyond traditional financial services.
• Leverage the portfolio of property and casualty, life and health, and annuities and investment products and services.
• Educate clients and prospects about available products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Financial Insurance Agents to secure business opportunities.
• Establish an office and recruit or develop a staff.
• Share financial solution seminars with clients and prospects.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to balance career commitments with personal interests.

Requirements

• Series 6/63 licenses
• Passed SIE
• Life/Health State Insurance License*
• Property/Casualty State Insurance License*
