Job Description

Join JPMorganChase to support strategic capital, growth, efficiencies, and proactive risk management within Global Finance & Business Management. This onsite role in Wilmington, DE focuses on financial and strategic analysis that supports funding strategy, reporting, and capital and liquidity oversight across Chase Auto Finance.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Chase Auto (CA) Treasury team, you will support the Chase Auto Funds Transfer Pricing (CA FTP) process and strategy, while contributing to capital and liquidity management. You will own day-to-day funding execution, drive analyses that improve FTP strategy, and help deliver recurring management reporting with opportunities to expand reporting capabilities (including dashboards).

  • Lead and execute BAU funding processes
  • Complete ad hoc analyses to enhance the Chase Auto FTP strategy
  • Coordinate cross-functional work streams to deliver funding-related projects
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the short-term interest rate market environment and prepare updates and presentations on impacts to funding costs across relevant Chase Auto Finance portfolios
  • Support additional work related to funding and proforma pricing
  • Participate in management and optimization of overall capital and Risk Weighted Assets processes for Chase Auto Finance
  • Support monthly risk analysis, including structural features, underlying credit exposure, and relevant market data tied to capital markets activity
  • Partner across the firm for financial and strategic analysis, including budgeting and forecasting oversight and coordination
  • Deliver financial control, forecasting and budgeting activities, analysis of financial and business metrics, and weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting
  • Develop new reporting capabilities (e.g., dashboards) and provide data used for external client meetings

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, analytics, accounting, FP&A, data/BI, or a closely related analytical role
  • Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly, including macroeconomic updates and data releases from government agencies
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested IF logic, and familiarity with INDEX/MATCH or equivalent) and ability to build repeatable analysis templates
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to synthesize analysis into leadership-ready materials
  • SQL capability to run and adapt basic queries to pull, validate, and reconcile data (deep SQL expertise not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across a matrixed, cross-functional organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
