Job Description
The Financial Analysis Specialist Advisor supports NYCDOE and LA28 contracts from NTT DATA in Dallas with a focus on analytics and financial process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the month‑end close cycle and perform variance analysis to inform financial decisions.
- Manage the annual planning process, quarterly bottoms‑up forecast cycles, and related analyses.
- Collaborate weekly with PMO, DE, and CE to gather backup for monthly and quarterly invoicing to the customer, including discussions with the customer procurement team as needed.
- Prepare complete invoice backup materials for monthly and quarterly invoicing and present them to the customer procurement team for approval.
- Ensure all intercompany statements of work capture costs across legal entities (NTT Data Americas Inc to NTT Ltd North America).
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, balance sheet reconciliation, and coordinate with the GBS team for the LA28 Limited side.
- Execute off‑cycle month‑end forecast activities as required.
- Provide SFDC support for the pipeline, including modeling activities for deals with contract value under $3M.
- Review legacy processes to identify automation and AI opportunities for more effective cost tracking.
- Evaluate the prior Percent Complete revenue recognition approach to identify tighter controls and alternative methods.
- Work with CE and Delivery to identify process improvements that enhance financial predictability.
