Responsibilities
- Analyze business and financial data to inform strategy and decisions.
- Conduct complex analyses to generate recommendations and identify new value opportunities.
- Develop financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
- Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation to inform investment decisions.
- Review market trends, customer insights, and profitability analytics to validate findings.
- Explain and present information in a clear, high-level format to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on price changes, process improvements, and customer insights.
- Other duties may be assigned based on company needs and employee capabilities.
Requirements
- Ability to handle highly sensitive business data with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect across the organization.
- Ability to act independently, apply accurate details, and exercise good judgment.
- Capability to collect, analyze, and present large data sets.

Travel
No overnight travel is expected for this position. Occasional local day travel or overnight travel may be required for training activities or to support assigned plants or locations.

Position Type and Expected Hours
This is a full-time role with hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To meet customer demands and internal objectives, you may occasionally work outside the normal schedule, including weekends.
