Job Description

Saint Laurent America Holding Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst for an on-site role in Wayne, NJ. This full-time position offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, with a start date of 2026-06-28. You will report to the Finance Manager as part of a dynamic, collaborative finance team and will forecast financial trends across multiple regions in the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support across Saint Laurent Americas including USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Panama
  • Actively participate in forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Analyze sales and operating expenses (Opex)
  • Manage wholesale capital expenditures (Capex)
  • Produce daily splits for wholesale and retail channels
  • Present findings to the worldwide executive team
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team during monthly and year-end closings
  • Upload data to the financial consolidation tool
  • Analyze financial results and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial reporting for regional and HQ, including P&L with quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Compile management expense reports
  • Prepare monthly Wholesale Capex reporting
  • Analyze and compile information for sales, KPIs, and related metrics
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as needed
  • As a backup, prepare and report daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales across retail channels
  • Support the Senior Financial Analyst in compiling results for department heads
  • Contribute to the Monthly Business Review presentation for the worldwide Executive team
  • Assist management with ad hoc analyses and special projects
  • Support preparation for year-end audit

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA a plus)
  • 2+ years in a similar role; retail experience is a plus
  • Technical skills in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, SUMIF
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to research, analyze, and prepare concise written reports and presentations
  • Ability to multi-task while meeting critical deadlines
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and overseas counterparts
  • Highest regard for confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Positive work attitude with willingness to work longer hours during peak periods
  • System-savvy and motivated to learn new technology; SAP experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures
  • Based in New Jersey with willingness to travel to the NY Office as needed
